2. Application of These Terms

These Terms apply to all orders placed via the Website.
The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account login details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or breach of these Terms occurs.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

4.1 Placing an Order

Orders are placed by adding items to your basket and completing checkout.
Please check all details carefully before submitting your order.

4.2 Order Acceptance

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only.
A legally binding contract is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

4.3 Order Refusal or Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

•  Products are unavailable

•  Pricing or description errors are identified

•  Payment is not authorised

•  Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

Any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4.4 Pre-Orders

Payment is taken at checkout.
Dispatch dates are estimates only and may change.

We take reasonable care to display products accurately.
Colours may vary due to device or screen settings.
All sizes and measurements are approximate.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

6.2 Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to stated conditions and must be applied at checkout.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Introductory or first-order discount codes are limited to one use per customer and may not be reused across multiple orders or accounts.
We reserve the right to withdraw, refuse, or cancel orders where discount codes are misused or applied in breach of these Terms.
We may use reasonable information available to us to identify misuse.

We are not obliged to offer or participate in third-party or membership-based discount schemes unless expressly stated.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are set out on our Shipping page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or non-collection, we may deduct return costs from any refund due.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Change of Mind (Statutory Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt.

NOTE: 
Free shipping applies only where the final retained order value remains above the qualifying free shipping threshold.
If a return causes the retained order value to fall below this threshold, the standard delivery charge applicable to the order will be deducted from the refund.

8.2 Return Costs

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8.3 Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

•  Underwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items

•  Personalised or custom-made products

•  Items that are worn, washed, or damaged (unless faulty)

8.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, providing photos and a brief description so we can assess and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or transport disruption.
We’ll keep you informed where reasonably possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:
text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and layout, is owned by or licensed to 2WENTY 6IX LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful content, or infringing intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory rights.
We’re liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract.
Products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law.
You may bring proceedings in the courts of England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
